Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Products are shipped by UPS Ground within The United States of America. Normal shipping time is 10 - 15 days. Shipping and Handling will be estimated and applied in check out section. Customer will receive tracking number and notification when shipment is made.
Upon receiving tracking information, customer can sign into UPS Tracking to view progress of shipment and estimated time of delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is number one priority for Family Hydroponic Planter (FHP). If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we gladly accept request for return within 15 days upon receipt of goods.
Please call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by phone and provide original order number, item, quantity, and reason for return. Take the products to UPS or any carrier of your choosing. Return to 1316 W Tuckey Ln, Phoenix, AZ 85013. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance of return package. FHP will not refund of any shipping cost associated with return shipments.
Mark RMA number clearly and visible on outside of box and shipping label. We will not accept any shipments if RMA is missing.
We encourage our customers to return all goods in an untampered and resalable condition with original packaging and accessories for restocking purpose. Upon receipt of goods with RMA number and thorough inspection, we will process refund expeditiously to your account. FHP will not issue any checks or cash to any customers.
In the situation where goods are tampered and non-resalable, we reserve all rights to refuse refund requests.
